Grilled Corn with Cilantro Lime Butter

The corn
The vegan cilantro lime butter

Instructions
- Prepare the corn by removing the outer leaves and silk.
- Heat the grill over medium-high heat.
- Place the corn on the grill, turning frequently, and cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- While the corn is cooking, prepare the cilantro lime butter by mixing together the margarine, lime zest and juice, agave syrup (if using), garlic, jalapeno, and cilantro in a small dish until thick.
- Once the corn is done, place it on a platter and brush the cilantro lime topping over the hot corn, allowing it to melt.
- Serve immediately.
