Ingredients

Corn

  • 10 ears corn
  • water

Honey Chipotle Butter

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 small chipotle pepper in adobe sauce, minced
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime zest
  • ½ lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Honey Chipotle Butter by mixing softened butter, chipotle pepper, honey, salt, lime zest, and lime juice in a bowl until combined.
  2. For corn in the husk, peel back the husk, remove the silk, and soak the corn in cold water for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350-400°F).
  4. Remove the corn from the water and place it on the grill, cooking for 15-20 minutes while flipping to avoid burning.
  5. Serve the grilled corn with the Honey Chipotle Butter.
  6. For corn without the husk, peel back the husk and silk, then place directly on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  7. Serve with Honey Chipotle Butter.
