Instructions
- Prepare the Honey Chipotle Butter by mixing softened butter, chipotle pepper, honey, salt, lime zest, and lime juice in a bowl until combined.
- For corn in the husk, peel back the husk, remove the silk, and soak the corn in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350-400°F).
- Remove the corn from the water and place it on the grill, cooking for 15-20 minutes while flipping to avoid burning.
- Serve the grilled corn with the Honey Chipotle Butter.
- For corn without the husk, peel back the husk and silk, then place directly on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Serve with Honey Chipotle Butter.
