Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 450°F) and clean the grates.
- Husk the corn, removing all outer leaves and silks.
- Place the corn on the grill with space between each ear.
- Cover the grill and cook the corn, turning every 2-3 minutes for about 8-12 minutes until charred and tender.
- Roll or spread butter over the hot corn and season with salt.
- For flavored butters, mix the ingredients for each butter variety in separate bowls and serve with the corn.
