Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
- Trim the silks and any protruding leaves from the corn cobs.
- Place the corn on the grill, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Cook the corn for 15 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.
- Remove the corn and let it cool for about 5 minutes before shucking.
- Increase the grill heat to high, about 500°F.
- Shuck the corn and return it to the grill for an additional 5 minutes, rotating halfway.
- Remove from the grill, add butter and salt or desired toppings, and serve.
