Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
  2. Trim the silks and any protruding leaves from the corn cobs.
  3. Place the corn on the grill, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  4. Cook the corn for 15 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the corn and let it cool for about 5 minutes before shucking.
  6. Increase the grill heat to high, about 500°F.
  7. Shuck the corn and return it to the grill for an additional 5 minutes, rotating halfway.
  8. Remove from the grill, add butter and salt or desired toppings, and serve.
