Instructions
- For the husk-on method, peel back the corn husks and remove the silks, then soak the corn in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry the corn, then preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the corn, turning every 3 to 5 minutes, for about 15 minutes until cooked.
- For the husked method, shuck the corn and remove the silks.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, then grill the corn, turning every 3 to 5 minutes for about 15 minutes until light char marks form.
- Serve the grilled corn with butter, salt, and pepper.
