Ingredients

The corn

  • 4 ears shucked corn

The butter mixture

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

For serving

  • to taste lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, honey, lime juice, and cilantro in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the mixture generously onto the corn, saving some for later.
  3. Preheat the grill and place the corn on it.
  4. Grill the corn for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush the remaining mixture onto the corn and grill until slightly charred.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges and squeeze lime juice over the corn before eating.
