Instructions
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large pot over low-medium heat, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vegan butter, and cinnamon, whisking until well mixed.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until they begin to melt.
- Once melted (about 7-8 minutes), remove the pot from heat and mix in the crispy cereal until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press down evenly with hands or a spatula.
- Melt the chocolate and drizzle it on top.
- Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes, then slice into squares and enjoy.
