Ingredients

  • 4 cups brown rice crisp cereal
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp Miyokos Creamery vegan butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 package Dandies Marshmallows (10 oz)
  • ¼ cup Hu Kitchen Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large pot over low-medium heat, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vegan butter, and cinnamon, whisking until well mixed.
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir until they begin to melt.
  4. Once melted (about 7-8 minutes), remove the pot from heat and mix in the crispy cereal until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press down evenly with hands or a spatula.
  6. Melt the chocolate and drizzle it on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes, then slice into squares and enjoy.
