Ingredients

The fruit

  • 2 ripe mangos (peeled and cubed)
  • 4 medium kiwi (peeled and sliced or quartered)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries

The dressing

  • 1 small lime (juiced)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
  • ΒΌ tsp chili powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 ounce silver tequila or white rum (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix lime juice and maple syrup, then pour over the fruit and toss gently.
  3. Add sea salt and sprinkle chili powder gradually, folding the salad as you go.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference, adding more chili powder, maple syrup, or lime juice if needed.
  5. Optionally, add tequila or white rum for an extra kick.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 2-3 days.
