Ingredients

The fruit

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 1 whole mango
  • 1 whole papaya
  • 2 whole kiwi
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh mint
  • pinch salt

The dressing

  • juices limes
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all the fruit in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the fruit.
  3. Add a pinch of salt if desired and toss until everything is combined.
  4. Top with fresh mint and serve.
