Ingredients

The fruit

The dressing

  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine diced cantaloupe, blueberries, sliced strawberries, and raspberries in a large serving bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together fresh orange juice and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit in the serving bowl.
  4. Add chopped mint and gently mix the fruit salad until all the fruit is coated with the dressing.
