Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
  • a pinch sea salt

Salad

  • 10 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup Bing cherries, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • ¼ cup fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lemon juice, lime juice, maple syrup, ginger, and salt in a medium bowl to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, peaches, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, basil, and mint.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss to coat.
  4. Garnish with additional basil and mint before serving.
