Easy Fruit Salad

The Fruit

fresh strawberries, sliced and halved

diced fresh pineapple

kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces

seedless red grapes

banana, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces

The Dressing

medium
orange, zest

orange juice

lime, zest

lime, juice

honey

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

poppy seeds
Instructions
- Chop all the fruit except the banana and place in a large serving bowl.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the orange zest and juice, lime zest and juice, honey, vanilla extract, and poppy seeds to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, stir in the banana and sprinkle with fresh mint.
