Ingredients

Dressing

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Salad

  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 6 ounces blackberries
  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 3 pieces kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 pieces apples, peeled, cored, and cut into ¼ inch slices
  • 1 piece mango, peeled, seed removed, and cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 pieces nectarines or peaches, peeled, seeded, and cut into ¼ inch slices
  • 2 cups grapes, halved

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, orange juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwi, apple, mango, nectarine, and grapes.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss to combine.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
