Ingredients

The fruit

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup sliced kiwi
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges

The dressing

  • ¼-½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest

Instructions

  1. Add all of the fruit to a large bowl.
  2. Combine the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and adjust to taste.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
