Instructions
- Whisk together the citrus juice, honey, salt, lemongrass, and vanilla to make the dressing.
- Arrange the sliced fruit in a large bowl or on a platter.
- Drizzle about half of the dressing over the fruit and taste to see if more dressing is needed.
- Add the optional toppings like coconut, nuts, and creme fraiche, and serve.
