The dressing and garnishes

Instructions
- Combine all the fruit in a large bowl and add lime juice, tossing gently to coat.
- Place the hollowed pineapple on a plate and fill it with the fruit mixture.
- Scatter any remaining fruit around the pineapple shell.
- Sprinkle with chili lime seasoning and garnish with mint and lime wedges if desired.
