Ingredients

The fruit

  • 1 each pineapple, halved and hollowed
  • 1 cup watermelon balls or chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup papaya chunks

The dressing and garnishes

  • 1 each lime, juiced
  • to taste chili lime seasoning
  • to taste mint sprigs (optional)
  • to taste lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the fruit in a large bowl and add lime juice, tossing gently to coat.
  2. Place the hollowed pineapple on a plate and fill it with the fruit mixture.
  3. Scatter any remaining fruit around the pineapple shell.
  4. Sprinkle with chili lime seasoning and garnish with mint and lime wedges if desired.
