Ingredients

The fruit

  • ½ medium cantaloupe or honeydew melon, diced into ¼" cubes
  • ½ mini seedless watermelon, diced into ¼" cubes
  • 1 small pineapple, diced into ¼" cubes

The dressing

  • 1 medium lime, juiced

Optional toppings

  • to taste yogurt
  • to taste granola
  • to taste Tajín seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, and lime juice in a medium serving bowl.
  2. Toss the ingredients to combine well.
  3. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve as is or over yogurt, optionally with granola or Tajín seasoning.
