Irish Coffee

Irish whiskey

freshly brewed coffee, hot
Instructions
- Beat the heavy cream in a small bowl until soft peaks form.
- Pour the whiskey into the bottom of a mug.
- Add brown sugar to the whiskey and stir to dissolve.
- Top the whiskey and sugar mixture with hot coffee.
- Pour the thickened cream over the back of a chilled spoon to float it on top of the coffee.
- Serve boiling hot.
