Homemade Irish Cream

Instructions
- Warm ¼ cup of heavy cream with chocolate syrup, coffee granules, and salt in a small saucepan until dissolved.
- Blend the cream mixture with the remaining heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Slowly add the whiskey to the blender while running to avoid curdling.
- Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Serve over ice, garnished with whipped cream and grated chocolate if desired.
