Pasta with Roasted Broccoli, Garlic and Oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a baking dish, combine broccoli, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the broccoli for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway, until browned and tender.
- Meanwhile, boil salted water in a large pot.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions for al dente.
- Before draining, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with the roasted broccoli.
- Add ½ cup of reserved pasta water, Pecorino Romano, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
