Rustic Garlic Butter Pasta with Roasted Broccoli

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Toss broccoli with oil and herbs, season with salt and pepper, and roast on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat, add mushrooms and garlic, and season with salt.
- Cook mushrooms until browned and soft, about 15-20 minutes.
- If too moist, stir in flour with the mushrooms.
- Combine cooked pasta with the mushroom mixture, add roasted broccoli, and top with cheese.
