Brown Butter Gnocchi with Spinach and Pine Nuts

Instructions
- 1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- 3. Add the pine nuts and cook for about 3 minutes until they start to brown.
- 4. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- 5. Add the cooked gnocchi and spinach, cooking for 1 minute while stirring until the spinach wilts.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper.
- 7. Divide the dish onto four plates and sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
