Chili Lime Corn Salad

Instructions
- Cut the kernels off the cooked corn and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped parsley, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, lime juice and zest, salt, chili powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper to the bowl.
- Toss all the ingredients together to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to meld.
