Warm Mexican Corn Salad

Instructions
- Boil the corn in water for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Once cool enough to handle, cut the corn off the cob.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, chili powder, and lime juice, and mix well.
- Add the corn, cilantro, scallions, and cheese to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Serve with lime wedges.
