Shaved Zucchini Asparagus Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

Instructions
- Shave the asparagus and zucchini using a vegetable peeler.
- In a large bowl, combine the shaved asparagus, zucchini ribbons, arugula, shaved parmesan, radishes, and raw almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, minced garlic, champagne vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and lightly toss.
- Serve immediately.
