Instructions
- Slice the potatoes thinly and cover them with water in a bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 410°F (200°C). Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add flour and gradually stir in the milk until smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese, then add the potato slices and stir to coat.
- Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking dish, pour the remaining sauce over them, and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
