Creamy Tomato Egg Noodles

Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a saucepan and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
- 2. In another saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté the chopped onion for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, garlic, and optional meatless ground beef to the saucepan and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the cream cheese until well combined.
- 5. Rinse the cooked noodles, return them to the saucepan, and mix in the sauce.
- 6. Serve the dish warm.
