Homemade Egg Noodles

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour and salt, then make a well in the center.
- Add the egg yolks, whole egg, and milk into the well.
- Blend the mixture with a fork until it looks pebbly.
- Drizzle in water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until it forms a ball.
- Knead the dough until all flour is incorporated and it's not sticky.
- Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and roll out half of the dough until it's paper thin.
- Cut the rolled dough into strips of desired width and length.
- Cook the noodles immediately in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or let them dry completely.
- If dried, break into pieces and store in an airtight bag.
