Ingredients

  • 100 g Bread flour
  • 40 ml water
  • 1 g bicarb soda
  • 1 g salt

Instructions

  1. Combine water, bicarb soda, and salt until dissolved.
  2. Add the bicarb water to the flour gradually while stirring.
  3. Continue stirring until the mixture has a crumbly texture.
  4. Place the crumble in a ziplock bag and rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough in the bag and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Roll out the dough as thin as possible after refrigeration.
  7. Fold the dough and cut it into 0.08 inch (2mm) thick noodles.
  8. Boil the noodles in water for about 3 minutes and serve.
