Instructions
- Combine water, bicarb soda, and salt until dissolved.
- Add the bicarb water to the flour gradually while stirring.
- Continue stirring until the mixture has a crumbly texture.
- Place the crumble in a ziplock bag and rest for 10 minutes.
- Shape the dough in the bag and refrigerate overnight.
- Roll out the dough as thin as possible after refrigeration.
- Fold the dough and cut it into 0.08 inch (2mm) thick noodles.
- Boil the noodles in water for about 3 minutes and serve.
