Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. By hand: Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, create a well, and add eggs and milk.
  2. 2. Whisk until combined, then knead the dough until smooth.
  3. 3. Cover and let the dough rest for an hour.
  4. 4. Food processor: Pulse dry ingredients, add eggs, and mix until crumbly.
  5. 5. Gradually add milk until a ball forms.
  6. 6. Rest the dough covered for an hour.
  7. 7. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  8. 8. Cut into strips for noodles.
  9. 9. Use immediately or let dry before storing.
