Instructions
- 1. By hand: Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, create a well, and add eggs and milk.
- 2. Whisk until combined, then knead the dough until smooth.
- 3. Cover and let the dough rest for an hour.
- 4. Food processor: Pulse dry ingredients, add eggs, and mix until crumbly.
- 5. Gradually add milk until a ball forms.
- 6. Rest the dough covered for an hour.
- 7. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- 8. Cut into strips for noodles.
- 9. Use immediately or let dry before storing.
