Ingredients

The dressing

  • ¾ cup plain 2% or fat free Greek yogurt
  • cup full fat mayonnaise
  • Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt

The salad

  • 3 cups tiny diced broccoli florets
  • cups tiny diced cauliflower florets
  • cups thinly sliced baby carrots

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate salad bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and baby carrots.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
