Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, mandarin oranges, cilantro, cranberries (if using), sunflower seeds, and green onions.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine. For a creamier texture, refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Toss the slaw again and garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
