Ingredients

The slaw

  • ¼ cup roasted and salted pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

The dressing

  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayo, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder in a medium bowl, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add broccoli slaw, kale, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries to the bowl.
