Instructions
- Chop the broccoli slaw, carrots, bell pepper, and green onions and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
