Instructions
- 1. Make the dressing by whisking together the mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, celery seeds, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, sliced carrots, and chopped scallions, and toss to mix.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
