Instructions

  1. Blend all dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, starting with 1 tablespoon of honey and adding more to taste.
  2. Toss the dressing with shredded cabbage, carrots, and any additional vegetables.
  3. Allow the mixture to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
  4. Store any leftover dressing in the fridge for up to 4 days.
