Instructions
- Make the dressing by whisking together the mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, carrots, and scallions.
- Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss to coat.
- Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
