Ingredients

The slaw

  • 5 cups purple cabbage, grated
  • 5 medium carrots, grated

The dressing

  • 1 cup grapeseed oil vegenaise
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine grated cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in Vegenaise, apple cider vinegar, and agave, then toss well.
  3. Add salt and mix again.
  4. Serve.
