Instructions
- Prepare a large bowl filled with cold water and add the greens to allow dirt to settle.
- Measure and prepare the other ingredients: walnuts, butter, white wine, and crème fraîche.
- Cook the pasta and add the greens to the pot once the pasta is cooked, cooking until the greens shrink.
- Drain the pasta and greens, reserving 2 cups of the cooking liquid.
- Make the sauce by whisking together the butter, crème fraîche, white wine, and reserved pasta cooking liquid.
- Combine the pasta, greens, toasted walnuts, and lemon zest in the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
