Ingredients

The base

  • 4 cups cashew milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 20 drops vanilla liquid stevia

The thickener

  • 2 tsp gelatin
  • ΒΌ cup boiling water

The starter

  • 6 capsules probiotic capsules

Instructions

  1. Heat cashew milk, honey, and vanilla stevia in a pot until it simmers.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  3. Once the cashew milk simmers, remove from heat and add the dissolved gelatin.
  4. Cool the mixture to about 92 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Whisk in the contents of the probiotic capsules.
  6. Pour the mixture into containers and keep warm for about 10 hours.
  7. Refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
