Instructions
- Sterilize two 16-oz jars.
- Make almond milk by blending almonds and water, then strain.
- Heat the almond milk and cream in a saucepan until bubbles form.
- Add gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in sunflower lecithin.
- Pour the mixture into jars and let cool to 100-110°F.
- Add probiotic powder and stir to combine.
- Incubate in a warm place for 12-24 hours.
- Refrigerate until cold and thickened.
- Stir or blend before serving with toppings.
