Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Shake the can of coconut milk vigorously and pour it into a glass bowl, whisking until smooth.
  2. Open the probiotic capsules and mix the contents into the coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a glass jar, cover it with cheesecloth, and secure it with a rubber band.
  4. Store the jar at room temperature for at least 24 hours, up to 72 hours, tasting until it reaches the desired tartness.
  5. Once tart enough, refrigerate the yogurt until chilled.
