Instructions
- Shake the can of coconut milk vigorously and pour it into a glass bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Open the probiotic capsules and mix the contents into the coconut milk until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass jar, cover it with cheesecloth, and secure it with a rubber band.
- Store the jar at room temperature for at least 24 hours, up to 72 hours, tasting until it reaches the desired tartness.
- Once tart enough, refrigerate the yogurt until chilled.
