Optional add-ins

  • to taste vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder
  • to taste fruit or fruit compote

Instructions

  1. 1. Pour the coconut milk into a clean, sterilized glass jar or bowl.
  2. 2. Empty the probiotic capsules into the coconut milk and stir with a wooden or plastic spoon until smooth.
  3. 3. Cover the mixture with cheesecloth and secure it with a rubber band.
  4. 4. Let the yogurt activate in a warm place for 24 to 48 hours, depending on desired tanginess.
  5. 5. Once ready, refrigerate the yogurt to thicken further.
  6. 6. Optionally, strain the yogurt for a thicker consistency if desired.
