Instructions
- 1. Pour the coconut milk into a clean, sterilized glass jar or bowl.
- 2. Empty the probiotic capsules into the coconut milk and stir with a wooden or plastic spoon until smooth.
- 3. Cover the mixture with cheesecloth and secure it with a rubber band.
- 4. Let the yogurt activate in a warm place for 24 to 48 hours, depending on desired tanginess.
- 5. Once ready, refrigerate the yogurt to thicken further.
- 6. Optionally, strain the yogurt for a thicker consistency if desired.
