Ingredients

The yogurt base

  • cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 capsules probiotic capsules

The flavoring

  • 1 cup ripe mango cubes
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla paste, powder, or extract

Instructions

  1. Shake the coconut milk can well and pour into a sterilized glass jar.
  2. Whisk the coconut milk until smooth and add the contents of the probiotic capsules, stirring with a wooden or plastic spoon.
  3. Cover the jar with cheesecloth and secure it with a rubber band.
  4. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours until it thickens and becomes tangy.
  5. Once thickened, refrigerate the yogurt to further enhance its flavor and thickness.
  6. To prepare the mango purée, blend the mango cubes with orange juice until smooth.
  7. Add the desired amount of mango purée and vanilla to the yogurt, mixing well.
  8. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed, then refrigerate for an additional 4-6 hours before serving.
