Ingredients

  • 2 13.5-oz cans Full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 ¼ tsp Gelatin powder
  • 2 capsules Probiotic capsules

Instructions

  1. Sterilize the jars by running them through the dishwasher or washing with hot, soapy water.
  2. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat until it bubbles around the edges, stirring occasionally.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin over the coconut milk and whisk until dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into the sterilized jars and let it cool to between 100-110°F.
  5. Open a probiotic capsule over each jar and stir in the powder, then cover with lids.
  6. Incubate the jars in a warm environment (like an oven with the light on) for 12-24 hours based on desired tanginess.
  7. Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 24 hours to set the texture, stirring before serving.
