Instructions
- Sterilize the jars by running them through the dishwasher or washing with hot, soapy water.
- Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat until it bubbles around the edges, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the coconut milk and whisk until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the sterilized jars and let it cool to between 100-110°F.
- Open a probiotic capsule over each jar and stir in the powder, then cover with lids.
- Incubate the jars in a warm environment (like an oven with the light on) for 12-24 hours based on desired tanginess.
- Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 24 hours to set the texture, stirring before serving.
