Vegan Coconut Yogurt

Instructions
- Whisk the coconut milk in a clean glass jar or bowl until smooth.
- Open the probiotic capsules and mix the powder into the coconut milk.
- Cover the jar loosely with cheesecloth or a breathable towel and let it ferment in a warm place for 24 to 48 hours.
- After fermentation, stir in any optional mix-ins if desired.
- Transfer the yogurt to the fridge to chill and thicken for a few hours.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
