Instructions
- Whip together whipping cream, mascarpone, and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Refrigerate the whipped mixture until needed.
- Prepare the fruits by washing strawberries, cutting off stems, and wiping them dry.
- Peel and slice the kiwi and banana into thick pieces.
- Spread jam on one side of each slice of bread.
- On a piece of cling wrap, spread a layer of whipped cream on the jam side of the bread.
- Arrange the fruits on top of the cream as desired.
- Add more whipped cream over the fruits and top with another slice of bread.
- Wrap the sandwich in cling wrap and mark the fruit layout for cutting.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Slice the sandwich with a sharp knife for a clean cut.
