Instructions
- Wash the raspberries, cut the kiwi into small pieces, and drain the syrup from the mandarin.
- Pour the apple juice into a saucepan over medium heat, then add the Kanten powder and sugar, bringing it to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer the mixture for 1-2 minutes to ensure the powder dissolves.
- Place the fruits into a mold.
- Pour the agar mixture over the fruit in the mold.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
