Kanten Fruit Jelly

Ingredients

The jelly

  • 2 cups Apple juice
  • 4 g Kanten powder
  • 2 tbs sugar

The fruit

  • 8 raspberries
  • ½ kiwi
  • 8 mandarin segments

Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries, cut the kiwi into small pieces, and drain the syrup from the mandarin.
  2. Pour the apple juice into a saucepan over medium heat, then add the Kanten powder and sugar, bringing it to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer the mixture for 1-2 minutes to ensure the powder dissolves.
  4. Place the fruits into a mold.
  5. Pour the agar mixture over the fruit in the mold.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
