Instructions
- 1. Heat water in a pot and sprinkle in the kanten, bringing it to a boil.
- 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the kanten dissolves.
- 3. Stir in sugar and instant coffee until dissolved.
- 4. Pour the mixture into cups or molds and chill in the fridge to set.
- 5. Once set, cut into cubes or serve directly in the cup, adding whipped cream if desired.
