Milk Tea With Coffee Jelly

heavy cream or milk
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in water for 3 to 5 minutes, then stir in sugar and hot coffee until dissolved.
- Transfer mixture to a dish and refrigerate until solid, at least 3 hours.
- Brew black tea in hot water and let it cool before refrigerating.
- Once jelly is firm and tea is cold, mix tea with sugar and cream to taste.
- Cut jelly into cubes and add to a glass, filling it about a third of the way.
- Pour in the milk tea and serve with a spoon or boba straw.
